Who we are and how to contact us
Crown & Supply Co. is an Ontario general partnership providing opportunity research and contract intelligence. Spencer Nagy is responsible for privacy inquiries. Please direct privacy questions and requests to info@crownandsupply.com.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, company or business information, and other information you voluntarily provide by email or through a website contact form when available.
When the online enquiry form is available, the details you submit are sent to Crown by email through Resend, our email-delivery provider. If the form is unavailable, please contact us by email instead. Form entries are not saved in browser storage. Clicking an email link opens your email application; you decide whether to send a message. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry and avoid sending confidential bid documents or sensitive personal information.
How we use personal information
We may use personal information to respond to inquiries, understand your business needs, provide or discuss Crown's services, communicate about potential engagements, and maintain appropriate business records. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create a client service agreement.
Service providers and processing locations
We may use trusted third-party service providers to operate our website, communications, and business services. These providers may process personal information as necessary to provide their services to Crown.
Service providers may process or store information in Canada or other jurisdictions. Information may therefore be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Website operation and technical information
Website infrastructure may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, and server logs, for security, reliability, and website operation. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. While access to the site is private, the hosting platform also handles sign-in and access controls.
The site loads DM Sans and Libre Caslon Display from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's font servers to request the font stylesheet and files, sending the connection information needed for those requests. See Google Fonts' FAQ and Google's Privacy Policy for provider information.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website. The website code does not set cookies or use local or session storage. Hosting providers may use technical processes or cookies needed to deliver and secure their services, including private-site sign-in.
Online enquiry delivery and spam protection
When you submit the form, Resend processes your enquiry details and delivery metadata to send the message to info@crownandsupply.com. Your email address is used so Crown can reply. Resend may retain message content and delivery records under its service settings and policies. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
We use Cloudflare D1 to maintain request counters and timestamps for spam and rate-limit protection. The website derives a keyed identifier from your IP address for these counters; it does not store your raw IP address or enquiry content in this database. Counters stop limiting requests when their rate-limit window ends. The records become eligible for deletion one day later and are removed by a subsequent form-service request. Hosting infrastructure may separately maintain technical logs as described above. Enquiry emails remain subject to our retention practices below.
How long we retain information
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, accounting, or business requirements. When information is no longer needed for those purposes or requirements, we delete it or securely dispose of it.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. We limit access to those who require it for legitimate business purposes.
Access, corrections, and privacy inquiries
You may contact Spencer Nagy at info@crownandsupply.com to request access to or correction of your personal information, or to raise a privacy question or concern. We may verify your identity before responding. Please do not email identity documents unless an appropriate verification process has first been agreed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices, services, technology, or legal requirements change. The current version and its updated date will be posted on this website.
